Dawson sang with the Women's choir under the direction of Dr. Angela Kasper. Evangelyn sang with the Mixed choir under the direction of Rober T. Gibson. Each choir has 7th, 8th and 9th graders from across the state that were selected by anonymous audition back in the fall. This event is sponsored by SD American Choral Director's Association. The Kimball School District has partnered with COOP Architecture out of Sioux Falls to put a Facility Master Plan together for our school district. We started this process early December and are hoping to have it wrapped up by April. We would like to thank everyone for their input on the survey that was sent out. Between the survey, the staff, and the steering committee, we have identified common themes. The info graphic lays out the four big areas we are looking at and why we are looking at them. When we are wrapped up with this project, we will hopefully come up with a plan on how we want to address these issues. If you have any further questions or input, please feel free to reach out to me by email, phone call, or stop by my office. My email is
matt.dykstra@k12.sd.us and the school's number is (605) 778-6231. Again, thank you for the support. I believe we have some exciting possibilities coming in the near future for the Kimball School District.
