The MCT directors have made it safely! They are ready for a fun week of working with our students to present a public performance of Hansel and Gretel on Friday at 7pm! All students wishing to participate should go to the Den after school Monday from 3:30-5:30 for auditions/part placement. This is open to all students in grades K-12 and the cast can be up to 60! So don't miss out! Join the fun!

Kimball School will have a two hour late start tomorrow, 3/16. No AM preschool. Breakfast will not be served.

FYI Kimball FFA: The Howard CDE has been rescheduled from Monday, March 16th to Wednesday, March 18th. Leave at 7AM from the Ag Room.

Kimball FFA is celebrating FFA week this week!

Fifteen Kimball 4-6 graders participated in SDMEA Elementary Festival Choir at Mitchell on March 2, 2026, to kick off music in our schools month! There were about 220 students at the Mitchell location and about 1000 students across the state at various locations.

Esther and Evangelyn Schultz, pictured with guest director, Coty Raven Morris of Portland State University, sang in the 10 state ACDA Soprano-Alto 6-9 grade honor choir in Milwaukee, WI, Feb 25-28.   Esther and Evangelyn are students at Kimball School under the direction of Rebecca Rasmussen.

KWL students participated in the District KC Free Throw Contest in Chamberlain on February 15. Students placing 1st were: Ava Dufrain, Roxi Surat, Josie Hamiel, Loagon Christensen, Griffin Clites, Leo Konechne, and Kamden Hamiel. Their scores were then compared to the other 18 regions with Josie Hamiel and Kamden Hamiel now advancing to the state competition. Congratulations to all!
