Three 5th graders from Kimball put on a performance at vocal contest worthy of a superior plus rating! Congrats, Jace Biskeborn, George Konechne, & Wyatt Spier!
Seven students from Kimball participated in the SDMEA Middle School Festival Choir that was comprised of about 150 7th and 8th graders from 14 schools. They performed at the Mitchell Performing Arts Center on Monday 4/13/26.

On Friday, April 10, all the 5th-8th graders attended the Region Vocal Contest in Armour. They had an excellent day of singing! Results:

Kimball 5th and 6th grade students participated in the Young Band Festival in Mitchell on Tuesday, March 31st. Each grade rehearsed during the day with their respective bands, both consisting of over 100 students from different schools in the area and put on a wonderful concert at the end the day. Those who participated were Maya DeJong, Presley Goodall, Daniel Kroupa, Axel Hoing, George Konechne, Wyatt Spier, Vonni Tyrrell, Tessa VonEye, Ingrid Thomas, Violet Konechne, Josie Hamiel, and Emma Lenz.

The MCT directors have made it safely! They are ready for a fun week of working with our students to present a public performance of Hansel and Gretel on Friday at 7pm! All students wishing to participate should go to the Den after school Monday from 3:30-5:30 for auditions/part placement. This is open to all students in grades K-12 and the cast can be up to 60!
